GENERAL CODE PROVISIONS
113.01 ESTABLISHED.
There is established a curbside recycling system; leaf, tree, branch and miscellaneous item collection system; and post closure landfill system within the Solid Waste Enterprise Fund which shall be under the management and control of the Council.
