§ 12.02 PERMITTED USES AND STRUCTURES.
   A.    and . In all areas zoned R-1-S, Suburban Residential District, no shall be , used, or structurally altered, nor shall the land or premises be used in whole or in part, except for one or more of the following principal permitted :
      1.   One-family detached .
      2.   Manufactured homes, subject to the provisions in § 2.05.
      3.    , subject to the provisions in § 2.16.
      4.   Adult , family day care homes, child , and child .
   B.    . The following uses and accessory to and in the R-1-S District shall be permitted, subject to the provisions in § 2.03:
      1.   Uses and incidental to and customarily associated with one-family detached .
      2.   Other permitted in § 11.02, subsection B.
   C.   Special uses. Special uses permitted in § 11.02, subsection C, may be permitted by the , subject to the conditions specified for each use; review and approval of the site plan by the and ; and any conditions imposed by the or that are necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Ordinance; subject to the procedures and requirements in § 29.03.
