B. Exceptions to height standards. The height limitations of this Ordinance shall not apply to chimneys,

1. Windmills. The maximum height of windmills used for pumping water to
uses shall be 35 feet, provided that the windmill is set back from all

of a residential district, but may be located in the non-required front
of an agricultural district if necessitated by the configuration of
