1717.11. Residential child day care inspection fee.

   The Director of Health is authorized to collect a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for an inspection of a residential child day care operated within the City.

1717.12. Sewage system inspection for real estate transfer.

   The Director of Health, or his/her designated representative, is authorized to collect a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for sewage system inspections pursuant to a real estate transfer.

1717.13. Extra food service operation inspection.

   (EDITOR'S NOTE: Former Section 1717.13 was repealed by Ordinance 13-98, passed January 20, 1998.)

1717.14. Environmental assessment review.

   The Director of Health is authorized to collect a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for generating environmental assessment data or reports from the review and compilation of records kept at or with the Division of Environmental and Consumer Health.

1717.15. Tattoo and body piercing establishments.

   (a)   The Director of Health is authorized to collect registration fees pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3709.09, and Ohio Administrative Code Section 3709-09-03.

   (b)   An initial, one-time, application fee shall be assessed in accordance with the following categories:

      Type of Establishment            Fees

      Tattooing Services               $50.00

      Body Piercing Services            $50.00

      Combined Tattooing and Body Piercing Services   $50.00

      Time-Limited approval for a specific event      $25.00

   (c)   An annual inspection fee shall be assessed in accordance with the following categories:

      Type of Establishment            Fees

      Tattooing Services               $585.00

      Body Piercing Services            $585.00

      Combined Tattooing and Body Piercing Services   $635.00

      Time-Limited approval for a specific event      $125.00
