1729.01. Definitions.
   As used in this chapter, an "automobile trailer" or "trailer" means any vehicle which is used as sleeping or living quarters, which is or may be mounted on wheels, and is or may be propelled either by its own power or by another power-driven vehicle to which it may be attached, or a mobile home as defined in Section 1116.0158 of the Planning and Zoning Code.

1729.02. Parking on private property prohibited.
   No person shall park or use or permit a trailer to be parked and used for living accommodations on premises other than a licensed (trailer camp) mobile home park.

1729.03. Regulations with reference to use of trailers.
   No person shall remove or cause to be removed the wheels or tires from any trailer within the City, excepting in the case of an emergency. No person shall in any manner elevate, block or stabilize any trailer within the City other than with a jack designed or provided for that specified purpose. No person shall permit the occupancy of a trailer by a greater number of persons than those which such trailer was designed to accommodate. The occupant of any trailer shall not permit the draining of any waste water over the ground or on premises on which such trailer is parked.
