(a) The Director of Health is authorized to collect license fees pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3733.21 to 3733.30 and Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3701-35.
(b) License fees shall be based on the number of docks or moorings at the marina in accordance with the following categories:

500 or more 310.00
