Vacant Dwellings

1733.01   Dwellings and premises to be kept clean, in repair and free from infestation.

1733.02   How dwellings to be maintained.

1733.03   Directors of Health and/or Neighborhoods may order compliance, abatement or vacation of premises.

1733.04   Notice to property owner.

1733.05   When property may be ordered vacated.
