1717.08. Private sewage systems.

(a) The Director of Health is authorized to collect fees pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3701.34 and Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3701-29.

(b) The following license fee is established pursuant to subsection (a) above:

License fee: $44.00
