1717.20 Act controlling; severability.
(a) "Temporary food service operation" shall have the meaning as described in Ohio R.C. 3732.01(L).
(b) "Noncommercial food service operation" means food service operations set forth in Ohio A.C. 3701-21-021(B).
(c) "Food service operation" shall have the meaning as described in Ohio R.C. 3732.01(A).
(d) "Manufactured home park" shall have the meaning set forth in Ohio R.C. 3733.01(A).
(e) "Recreational vehicle park" shall have the meaning set forth in Ohio R.C. 3733.01(B).
(f) "Marina" shall have the meaning set forth in Ohio R.C. 3733.21(E).
(g) "Public swimming pool" shall have the meaning set forth in Ohio R.C. 3749.01(G).
(h) "Private water system" shall have the meaning set forth in Ohio R.C. 3701.344(A).
(i) "Household sewage disposal system" shall have the meaning set forth in Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3701.29.01(L).
(j) "Vending machine location" shall have the meanings set forth in Ohio R.C. 3732.01(N).
(k) "Vending food service operation" shall have the meanings set forth in Ohio R.C. 3732.01(A)2.
(l) "Mobile food service operation" shall have the meaning set forth in Ohio R.C. 3732.01(J).
(m) "Tattoo and body piercing business" shall have the meaning set forth in Ohio R.C. 3730.019(C).
