1717.05. Recreational vehicle parks.

(a) The Director of Health is authorized to collect license fees pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3733.01 to 3733.08 and Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3701-25.

(b) License fees shall be based on the number of sites in the park:

Number of Sites Fees

0-50 $70.00

Each lot over 50 2.00
