(a) The Director of Health is authorized to collect fees pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3701.344 and Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3701-28.
(b) The following fees are established pursuant to subsection (a) above, relative to private water systems:
Installation, single family dwelling $ 50.00
Installation, non-single family dwelling 75.00
Alteration, single family dwelling 35.00
Alteration, non-single family dwelling 50.00
Water hauler vehicle inspection 50.00
Installation without permit 100.00
Private water sample collection 25.00
