§ 36.02 SCHEDULE OF CIVIL PENALTIES.
   (A)   The following schedule of ordinances (hereinafter "Ord") and Peru Municipal Code (hereinafter "PMC") provisions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ordinance Violation Bureau and the first violations within a calendar year of said ordinances and code provisions shall be subject to the civil penalty set forth. These violations are subject to admission of violation before the Violations Clerk and the amount of civil penalty to be assessed to a violator who elects to admit a violation under PMC § 36.05:
PMC SECTION 50.19 - damaging, destroying municipal sewer works         $50
PMC SECTION 50.99(D) - violation of sewer ordinance beyond time limit         $50

   (B)   A second or other subsequent violation within a calendar year of the same ORD or PMC provision contained in the schedule in Subsection (A) shall be subject to a civil penalty equal to two times the amount listed above in Subsection (A) for a first violation.
   (C)   Any person receiving a ticket or other notice of violation of a parking ordinance as set forth below may pay $25 to the Ordinance Violations Bureau in complete discharge of that violation or any penalty or fine therefor; provided, such payment must be made within two business days of the date and time of the offense as shown on the ticket or other notice of violation:
PMC SECTION 73.02 - violating angled parking
PMC SECTION 73.03 - parking in yards
PMC SECTION 73.04 - parking on sidewalks
PMC SECTION 73.05 - parking opposite direction
PMC SECTION 73.06 - parking obstructed traffic
PMC SECTION 73.07 - parking in alleys
PMC SECTION 73.08 - no all night parking
PMC SECTION 73.09 - parking on roadway
PMC SECTION 73.10 - parking on one-way street
PMC SECTION 73.11 - parking in hazardous places
PMC SECTION 73.12 - parking in school zone
PMC SECTION 73.13 - parking for uninterrupted periods
PMC SECTION 73.32 - parking in no parking zone
PMC SECTION 73.35 - violating truck parking restrict
PMC SECTION 73.36 - parking in residential parking zone (West Third Street)
PMC SECTION 73.42 - violating snow emergency restrict
   (D)   Any person receiving a ticket or notice of a parking violation under PMC Section 73.33 - violating parking time limit in a marked zone, shall be fined $10.
   (E)   The provisions of the Peru Municipal Code and the Ordinances referred to are herein amended to provide and declare that the civil penalty schedules with the said ordinance or code provision listed above in Subsection (A), (B), (C), and (D) set forth the specific civil penalty for the violation of said ordinance or code provision.
   (F)   Any person receiving a ticket or notice of a parking violation under PMC SECTION 73.14 - Oversized Vehicle Parking, shall be fined $150 for the first offense, and an additional $25 for each subsequent offense, but not to exceed $250.
