(A) The Fire Department shall have and is granted the entire control of and right over all traffic on or over any and all streets to and from any fire or fire alarm call, and all streets, sidewalks, and alleys in the immediate vicinity of a fire while fighting fire or preparing to fight fire or while withdrawing.
(B) All vehicles on any streets in the city shall immediately, on the approach and alarm of a fire truck or trucks, pull to the right to the curb and stop until all fire trucks have passed or overtaken them.
(C) The Fire Chief and Assistant Fire Chief are vested with police power and authority to arrest any person who in any manner interferes with the Fire Department while the same is engaged in fighting fire or going to or from same or answering any fire alarm.
