§ 73.03 PARKING IN YARDS OR UNPAVED AREAS PROHIBITED.
Parking and storage of vehicles, including recreational vehicles and boats, shall not be permitted in yards or grassy areas, or on unpaved areas within the city, whether or not the vehicle is visible to the public, and whether or not on private property, because of the potential environmental impact resulting from the leaking of gasoline, oil, antifreeze and other fluids typically found in motor vehicles. This provision shall be applicable whether or not the owner has attempted to remove the fluids and/or tanks from the vehicle. For purposes of this provision, gravel driveways shall be considered paved.
