§ 73.10 STANDING OR PARKING ON ONE-WAY ROADWAYS AND STREETS.
   (A)   In the event a highway includes two or more separate roadways and traffic is restricted to one direction on any such roadway, no person shall stand or park a vehicle on the left-hand side of the one-way roadway, unless signs are erected to permit the standing or parking. The Traffic Department Supervisor is authorized to determine when standing or parking may be permitted on the left-hand side of any one-way roadway, and to erect signs giving notice thereof.
   (B)   The Traffic Department Supervisor is authorized to erect signs on the left-hand side of any one-way street to prohibit the standing or parking of vehicles, and when the signs are in place, no person shall stand or park a vehicle on such left-hand side in violation of any such sign.
