§ 73.04 PARKING ON SIDEWALKS OR CURBS.
   (A)   Parking shall not be permitted on any sidewalk, or across any sidewalk, within the city.
   (B)   No one shall park in such a manner that any wheel of the vehicle is on or over a curb.
