§ 73.13 PARKING FOR UNINTERRUPTED PERIODS.
   (A)   No person shall park a vehicle on a street, alley, or other public place within the city for an uninterrupted period of time in excess of seven continuous days. This period of time shall not be deemed interrupted unless the vehicle is one or more times driven away from and off the street, alley, or other public place during that period.
   (B)   No person shall park a vehicle on any of the streets listed in Chapter 76, Schedule II(B) for an uninterrupted period of time in excess of two hours.
   (C)   The Board of Public Works and Safety is hereby authorized and directed to modify, repeal, or add streets, highways, or avenues to those designated in Chapter 76, Schedule II(B), as traffic conditions and changes thereto may require.
   (D)   Any vehicle parked in or upon any off-street parking owned or operated by the city must comply with any parking directions or requirements found upon the property.
