§ 73.08 ALL-NIGHT PARKING IN CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   No person shall park a vehicle on any street for a period of time longer than 30 minutes, between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., on Thursdays and Sundays each week, except physicians on emergency calls.
