§ 70.50 INTERFERING WITH FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   No person during the time the Fire Department is going to or returning from a fire or while it may be at the same shall drive over or tread on any of its hose, ride or hang on any of its engines, equipment, or vehicles, or in any way interfere with, obstruct, blockade, or retard the acts and duties of any member of the department. No person shall touch any of the property belonging to the department, unless authorized to do so by a member of the Fire Department.
