§ 72.28 MOTORIZED BICYCLES.
   Motorized bicycles, mopeds, scooters and other non-automobile motorized conveyances shall be licensed pursuant to state law. No such vehicle shall be operated upon the streets or alleys of the city unless properly licensed.
