§ 73.09 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.
   No person shall park a vehicle on any roadway for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying the vehicle for sale.
   (B)   Washing, greasing, or repairing the vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
