Note:
   1.    The Ogden Nature Center property shall refer to the boundaries of the property in the O-1 zone to be conveyed to Ogden City for the benefit of the Ogden Nature Center pursuant to the DDOU reuse plan.
   2.   Maximum height limits may be reduced in areas surrounding Ogden-Hinckley Airport.

15-22-2: LANDSCAPING SETBACKS AND COVERAGES:
Notwithstanding the required landscaping for those setbacks which are along street frontages (see table above), there may be additional landscaping required based on other provisions of this title. Additional requirements include, but are not limited to, installation of landscaping in public right of way (subsection 15-4-5.E.2.a of this title), preserving existing trees (subsections 15-4-5.E.6.a and 15-4-5.E.6.b of this title), setbacks when next to residential zones (subsection 15-4-5F of this title), screening of service and storage areas (subsection 15-4-5G of this title), parking lot landscaping (subsections 15-12-9B and C of this title) and special regulations (chapter 23 of this title) for specific requirements for listed types of development or development in specific zones.
