13-7-8: NO PRIVATE CAUSE OF ACTION:

This article does not create or form a basis for liability on the part of the Village, its agents, or agencies. The exclusive remedy for violation of this article shall be the Village's disciplinary procedures for officers and employees. (Ord. 17-180, 2-6-2017)
