13-8-5: OBJECTION TO SUBPOENA OR REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION:
The Village will object to any subpoena or requests for information from any out-of-state person or entity for the purposes of investigating a law criminalizing abortion or reproductive health care as set forth in this article or creates civil liability for abortion or reproductive health care. (Ord. 22-50, 7-11-2022)
