13-8-6: INCORPORATION OF THE ACT; CONFLICT:
The Reproductive Health Act, 775 Illinois Compiled Statutes 55/1-1 et seq. (the "Act"), is incorporated herein by reference as part of this article. In the case of a conflict between a provision of the Act and a provision of this article, the provision of the Act shall control. The remedy for a violation of this article shall be as set forth in the Act. (Ord. 22-50, 7-11-2022)
