13-8-2: DEFINITIONS:
The following words and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the following meanings:
 
ABORTION:
Abortion shall be as defined in the Reproductive Health Act, 775 Illinois Compiled Statutes 55/1-10, as amended.
AGENCY:
Every Village department, division, commission, committee, board, or other body established by authority of an ordinance, or Village Board resolution.
AGENT:
Any person employed by or acting on behalf of an agency or other person acting under color of law on behalf of the Village.
REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE:
Reproductive health care shall be as defined in the Reproductive Health Act, 775 Illinois Compiled Statutes 55/1-10, as amended, and includes contraception, sterilization, preconception care, maternity care, abortion care, counseling regarding reproductive health care and access to health care services and products.
