EDITOR'S NOTE: Reference should also be made to the latest employment agreement between the City and the International Association of Firefighters Local 109, which agreement provides for compensation, benefits and other incidents of employment for Fire Division personnel. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and of such agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of such agreement and a provision of this chapter, the provision of such agreement shall prevail.
