Office of Code Administration

   The City enters into agreements with neighboring municipalities and the County whereby the Office of Code Administration may, upon request of such municipalities and/or the County, inspect and/or provide plan approval for buildings and other structures to determine whether proposed construction complies with the building codes of such municipalities and/or the County. Copies of any such agreements may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
