EDITOR'S NOTE: Chapter 233 was repealed by implication by Ordinance 80-57, passed June 30, 1980, which adopted an employment agreement between the City and Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 127. Copies of the latest such agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
