   163.01 ESTABLISHED; COMPOSITION.
   There is hereby established in the Department of Public Service of the City, the Division of Natural Resources within the Service Group, consisting of such officers and employees as may from time to time be authorized by Council or designated or assigned to duty in or with such Division by the Director of Public Service.

   163.02 DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS.
   The Division of Natural Resources under the direction of the Director of Public Service, shall have charge of and responsibility for the repair, maintenance, cleaning, care, and upkeep of all parks, playgrounds, and portions of the rights-of-way within the City which are the responsibility of the City to maintain or under or subject to the City's control, as well as trees and landscaping therein on public streets and other City-owned property.

   163.021 SUPERVISOR OF NATURAL RESOURCES.
   There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Supervisor of the Division of Natural Resources. Such Supervisor shall be well qualified to perform the duties of the supervision of the Division under the general direction of the Commissioner of Public Service, and shall perform such other duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be assigned by his or her superiors.
