161.01 ESTABLISHED; COMPOSITION.

   There is hereby established in the Department of Public Service of the City, the Division of Sewers within the Utility Group, consisting of such other officers and employees as may from time to time be authorized by Council or designated or assigned to duty in or with such Division by the Director of Public Service.
