There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of laborer in the Division of Natural Resources. Such laborer shall be well qualified to operate power mowers, drive light motor vehicles, paint, do carpentry work, minor building repairs, and general maintenance of all kinds, and perform such duties and assume such responsibilities as may be designated or assigned by his or her superiors.
