181.01   General powers and duties.

181.01 GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES.

   Until the union of the Maumee City Health District with the Lucas County General Health District be dissolved or the separate identity of the Maumee City Health District otherwise restored, the Board of Health shall not possess or exercise the powers, authority and functions of a Board of Health of a City Health District set forth and described in the Ohio Revised Code.
