There is hereby created in the classified service of the City, the position of Equipment Operator in the Division of Natural Resources. Such Equipment Operator shall be well qualified to use and operate all equipment in the Division, and perform such duties and assume such responsibilities as may be designated or assigned by his or her superiors.
