There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Assistant Supervisor in the Division of Natural Resources within the Service Working Group. Such Assistant Supervisor shall be well qualified to do and to perform the principal and the substantial duties of the Supervisor of Natural Resources during the absence or disability of the Supervisor. The Assistant Supervisor shall perform such duties and assume such responsibilities as may be from time to time designated or assigned by the Supervisor or by his or her superiors.
