5-1: SHORT TITLE AND PURPOSE:

This chapter may be cited and referred to collectively as the Eloy Building Code; the purpose of which is to enact rules and procedures necessary for the City to provide for the preservation of property values and public health, safety, and welfare for all residents within the incorporated limits of the City of Eloy. 5-2: APPLICATION OF CHAPTER:

This chapter shall apply to the construction, alteration, relocation, enlargement, replacement, repair, maintenance, installation of structures thereto and occupancy use of buildings or structures within the incorporated limits of the City of Eloy, except as otherwise provided by statute, regulation or ordinance.
