5-17: AMENDMENTS TO THE 2018 INTERNATIONAL EXISTING BUILDING CODE:

   A.   The following provisions of the International Existing Building Code, 2018 edition as published by the International Code Council, Inc. are hereby revised as follows:

   B.   Section 101.1 Title. INSERT: [name of jurisdiction] as "City of Eloy."

   SECTION 103 DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING SAFETY

      Section 103 Department of Building Safety. DELETE the entire section and REPLACE with the following:

         The International Existing Building Code shall be administered pursuant to Sections 5-5 thru 5-7 in Chapter 5, "Buildings" of the Eloy city code.
