5-18: PENALTIES:
   A.   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
   B.   Each failure to obtain a required permit clearance, certification, review approval or inspection shall constitute a separate violation of this chapter. (Ord. 20-900, 12-14-2020)
