Sec. 5-1-100.   Payment schedule.
   For the franchise fee owed on revenue received after the effective date of this franchise, payment shall be made in quarterly installments due on or before the last day of the month following the end of each calendar year quarter. Payments at the beginning and end of the term of this franchise shall be prorated. All payments shall be made to the City Clerk.
