Sec. 5-1-170.   Location of facilities.
   The Company's facilities shall not interfere with the City's water mains, sewer mains, gas mains or other municipal use of streets and other public places. The Company's facilities shall be located so as to cause minimum interference with public use of streets and other public places and shall be maintained in good repair and condition.
