The Company shall provide cable television service in accordance with the Schedule of Rates and Charges, attached to the Franchise Agreement, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, as may be amended from time to time and approved by the City. The Company shall provide a cable television system having a capacity of thirty-five (35) channels capable of distributing video and associated audio on each channel that is programmed.
