If, during the term of this franchise, the boundaries of the City are extended, the Company shall extend service to the newly annexed areas. Service to annexed areas shall be in accordance with the terms of this franchise, including payment of franchise fees, and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the FCC. If the newly annexed area is undeveloped, the Company shall extend service and facilities upon the installation of other utilities to serve the area. If the newly annexed area is developed, service shall be extended within one (1) year of annexation. The new areas must have at least twenty (20) homes per route mile.
