The Company shall not exceed the fees noted on the Schedule of Rates and Charges, attached to the Franchise Agreement, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, as the same from time to time is amended. At such time as the City is allowed by law to regulate fees, this franchise will not preclude such regulation. In any case, the Company will coordinate and consult with the City regarding any change in programming or fee schedule.
