(a) Buffing machines shall be located in a separate room used for no other purpose. Each buffing machine shall be connected to an approved blower or dust collecting system.
(b) Each room in which rubber cement is used or mixed or flammable solvent is applied shall be equipped with natural or mechanical ventilation adequate to prevent fire or health hazards as approved by the Fire Chief and the Commissioner of Air Pollution Control. Each such room shall conform to the applicable provisions of Section 3129.43(c).
