167.04 EXCEPTIONS TO HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS.
Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to restrict the planting and cultivation of any crop raised or harvested for use or sale for agricultural purposes, such as corn, soybeans, hay or other generally recognizable agricultural crops.
