80.01 VIOLATION OF REGULATIONS.
Section 321.89 of the Code of Iowa is adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. Any person who fails to abide by the applicable provisions contained in said Section 321.89 of the Code of Iowa relating to abandoned vehicles is in violation of this chapter.
