It is unlawful for a person intentionally to deface, obliterate, tear down, or destroy in whole or in part, any transcript or extract from or of any law of the United States or the State, or any proclamation, advertisement or notification, set up at any place within the City by authority of the law or by order of any court, during the time for which the same is to remain set up.

No unauthorized person shall enter or remain in or upon any public building, premises, or grounds in violation of any notice posted thereon or when said building, premises, or grounds are closed and not open to the public. When open to the public, a failure to pay any required admission fee also constitutes an unauthorized entry.
No organization shall conduct a fundraising event on any street, sidewalk, alley, or other City property without first obtaining written approval from the Council. Any person who participates in any fundraising event conducted on any street, sidewalk, alley or other City property shall wear a reflective vest.
Any person who trespasses on the private property of another and knowingly views, watches, observes, photographs or films another person when that person is inside a dwelling, and the person being viewed does not consent or is unable to consent to being viewed, observed, watched, photographed or filmed, is guilty of window peeping.
Any student who is suspended or currently expelled from school shall remain a distance of 1,000 feet away from any school property while school is in session, unless officially requested by proper authorities to be present on the school property. This section does not apply if the student resides or works within 1,000 feet of the school property, except that such student shall remain off school property while suspended or expelled.
