The admission into the public sewers of any waters or wastes containing a five-day B.O.D. greater than 300 mg/l or containing more than 350 mg/l of suspended solids; or containing any quantity of substances having the characteristics described in § 50.066; or having any average daily flow greater than 2% of the average daily flow of the city, shall be subject to review and approval of the city.
