(A) Any liquid or vapor having a temperature higher than 150°F;
(B) Any water or waste which may contain more than 100 milligrams per liter, by weight, of fat, oil or grease;
(C) Any gasoline, benzine, naphtha, fuel oil or other flammable or explosive, liquid, solid or gas;
(D) Any garbage that has not been properly shredded;
(E) Any ashes, cinders, sand, mud, straw, metal shavings, glass, rags, feathers, tar, plastics, woods, paunch manure or any other solid or viscous substance capable of causing obstruction to flow in sewers or other interference with the proper operation of the sewage works;
(F) Radioactive wastes or isotopes of a half-life or concentration which may exceed limits established by applicable state and federal regulations shall not be allowed;
(G) Any waters or wastes containing suspended solids of a character and quantity that unusual attention or expense is required to handle the materials at the sewage treatment plant;
(H) Any noxious or malodorous gas or substance capable of creating a public nuisance;
(I) Any waters or wastes having a pH lower than six or higher than nine or having any other corrosive properties capable of causing damage or hazard to structures, equipment and personnel of the wastewater system;
(J) Any waters or wastes which will interfere with any sewage treatment process, or constitute a hazard to humans or animals, or creates a hazard in the receiving waters of the treatment plant, or cause the wastewater treatment plant to deviate from the NPDES permit requirements or any other state or federal guidelines or regulations;
(K) Any waters or wastes exceeding the following characteristics:
(1) Three hundred mg/l BOD(5);
(2) Three hundred fifty mg/l S.S.; and
(3) Ten mg/l P.
(L) Reference is made to § 50.108, where provision is made for the city to charge a surcharge rate for acceptance of wastes of a certain character.
