§ 50.065 STORM, GROUND, UNPOLLUTED WATER AND INDUSTRIAL COOLING WATER.
   (A)   No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any storm water, surface water, ground water or roof water to any sanitary sewer.
   (B)   Storm water, ground water and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged into storm drains or to a natural outlet approved by the township.
   (C)   Industrial cooling water which is unpolluted and not contaminated with oil, algaecides or other pollutants or unpolluted process waters may be discharged, upon application to and approval of the township, to a storm drain or natural outlet.
   (D)   Industrial cooling water containing only such pollutants as insoluble oils or grease or other suspended solids shall be pretreated for removal of the pollutants and then discharged to the storm water.
